Our team is made up of seasoned Regional Nurse Consultants (RNs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), and Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHAs) — professionals with deep, real-world experience across multiple states and care settings. With over 35 years of combined leadership and regulatory expertise, we bring a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach to risk management, survey readiness, and post-survey recovery.
We understand the operational, clinical, and psychosocial complexities of post-acute care. Our consultants think outside the box, develop practical solutions, and partner closely with your team to build stronger systems, reduce risk, and improve outcomes.
Because litigation and survey exposure often centers around falls, pressure injuries, infection control, medication management, supervision, and documentation practices, we focus on strengthening these high-risk areas proactively.
